Annette Ziegler brings 20 years of experience and a robust background in home care marketing and sales, honed through nearly seven years of dedicated service as the Community Relations Manager at Touching Hearts at Home in Rochester, NY. In her previous role, Annette excelled in developing and nurturing relationships with professionals across the aging services sector, aiming to boost awareness and connect families to vital support services.

 

At Touching Hearts at Home, Annette’s responsibilities were broad and impactful, involving marketing, networking, public relations, and acting as a fervent ambassador for the brand. Lisa Marsolais, Home Care Marketing and Sales Expert

Lisa has a wealth of experience in homecare and marketing/advertising. As a homecare industry veteran, Lisa has worn many hats, from caring for family members in her youth to building a homecare agency from the ground up. Her passion for marketing and advertising led her to become an account executive, where she worked on newspapers and magazines during the early days of the internet.

 

Lisa’s experience working with the VA is particularly noteworthy, having been certified as a hands-on training leader for new caregivers to quad/paraplegic care. Her experiences have taught her the importance of paying attention to the little details, and her motto reflects this – “Great relationships and success are in the details.”

 

Lisa’s passion for both homecare and marketing/advertising has made her an invaluable addition to the Approved Senior Network team. Her deep knowledge of the homecare industry, coupled with her marketing expertise, enables her to bring a unique perspective to our marketing services, which are designed to help senior care businesses across the U.S. and Canada.

Dawn Fiala
Before joining Approved Senior Network, she worked for Devoted Guardians Home Care and Home Health in Tempe, as Director of Marketing.
 

She increased revenue by 84% (3.5 million) in three years by developing and building high-performing teams and a stellar brand.

 
She has also worked for Home Instead Senior Care in outside sales, as Director of Marketing and Director of Operations.
 
Dawn brings with her a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the current home care space, from online marketing to in-person direct referral marketing. She is also intimately familiar with the challenges of recruiting and retention in the home care market and comes to us with a plethora of ideas to share with our clients.
