Dawn Fiala, Home Care Sales and Marketing Expert

Dawn Fiala
Before joining Approved Senior Network, she worked for Devoted Guardians Home Care and Home Health in Tempe, as Director of Marketing.

She increased revenue by 84% (3.5 million) in three years by developing and building high-performing teams and a stellar brand.

She has also worked for Home Instead Senior Care in outside sales, as Director of Marketing and Director of Operations.
Dawn brings with her a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the current home care space, from online marketing to in-person direct referral marketing. She is also intimately familiar with the challenges of recruiting and retention in the home care market and comes to us with a plethora of ideas to share with our clients.

Lisa Marsolais, Home Care Sales Expert

Lisa has a wealth of experience in homecare and marketing/advertising. As a homecare industry veteran, Lisa has worn many hats, from caring for family members in her youth to building a homecare agency from the ground up. Her passion for marketing and advertising led her to become an account executive, where she worked on newspapers and magazines during the early days of the internet.


Lisa’s experience working with the VA is particularly noteworthy, having been certified as a hands-on training leader for new caregivers to quad/paraplegic care. Her experiences have taught her the importance of paying attention to the little details, and her motto reflects this – “Great relationships and success are in the details.”


Lisa’s passion for both homecare and marketing/advertising has made her an invaluable addition to the Approved Senior Network team. Her deep knowledge of the homecare industry, coupled with her marketing expertise, enables her to bring a unique perspective to our marketing services, which are designed to help senior care businesses across the U.S. and Canada.


Lisa’s commitment to excellence and her attention to detail is evident in everything she does, from caregiver training to marketing campaigns. Her ability to bring together all the different pieces of homecare marketing is especially rewarding, and she is excited to help others in the industry hit the ground running and keep their momentum going.

Annette Ziegler, Home Care Sales Expert

Annette Ziegler brings 20 years of experience and a robust background in home care sales and marketing, honed through nearly seven years of dedicated service as the Community Relations Manager at Touching Hearts at Home in Rochester, NY. In her previous role, Annette excelled in developing and nurturing relationships with professionals across the aging services sector, aiming to boost awareness and connect families to vital support services.


At Touching Hearts at Home, Annette’s responsibilities were broad and impactful, involving marketing, networking, public relations, and acting as a fervent ambassador for the brand. Her efforts were instrumental in promoting the company’s mission to deliver non-medical companionship, caregiving, and homemaking services that significantly enhance the quality of life for seniors, adults with disabilities, and families managing illness.


With her comprehensive expertise, Annette is set to make a substantial impact at Approved Senior Network®. She will play a critical role in teaching sales training classes, empowering the sales team to exceed their goals, and fostering enduring relationships with clients and their families.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Annette cherishes quality time spent with her husband Bill, daughter Hannah, son Jake & daughter in law Liz and is beyond excited to welcome her first grandchild in June.  Annette is an avid reader, loves the outdoors and can often be found tending to her garden.


Her cooking skills are renowned among family and friends, especially her favorite Italian recipes.  She is a twin, has a twin brother Tom and is a Buffalo Bills fan! Go Bills!
